1.Make a commitment to tell the truth.

Reflection: This is saying that we should only say the truth and not lie. this will help us be better people and help us better in life this will help you. cause lying not does only hurt you but also hurts the people you love and can affect you life horribly. so be a truthful person this will help you in your life.

3.Think before you give a dishonest answer, explanation, sarcasm, or reason.

Reflection: This is like the saying treat other the way you want to be treated. this also mean be honest don't be a mean person be a truthful person that cause that will also help you in life.

4.Be careful of when and how you exaggeration sarcasm, or irony.

Reflection: Like the saying goes think before you say cause then you could say something very hurtful that could and would hurt somebody that you truly care about. These are very important keys they would help you become a better person which will help you very much. Also is very important because this will help you later on in life.

5.Be careful not to twist truth or leave out part of it.

Reflection: Being honest is very important cause later on people will starting having trust in you and this will help you later on in life and this is a very good thing too have and character trait too have. this will make people even like you more and respect you even more which is very important this will help you very much but if u lie it'll hurt and affect the people that you love and will hurt them very much that is why you should always be truthful.

6.Don't indulge in little white lies.

Reflection:  You have to be a truthful person because if you are very truthful people would like very much and you would be able to make many friends. Also people would like to be around you. and this would help you very much in life this is a very important characteristic to have. this is very important so be a CTR person.

7. Watch out for silent lies.

Reflection: You have to watch out and look for silent lies this is a very important thing too do in life and can help you very much. This can and will help you later on in life this will help you know who you can trust and who u can't cause if you tell somebody a secret and if they tell somebody then you will know no too trust because you need to have trust in people.

8.When you catch yourself lying throw your mouth into reverse.

9. Talk to yourself.

10. Treat yourself when you tell the truth.
