1. Make no small plans

  this quote is trying to say not to make small plans make big plans have ideas and think big. what i think is this is also trying to say is that be a positive person.
2. Do what they fear

Reflection: High achievers have fears in order to over come what they fear they have to achieve in order to ever come it. because they don't want that fear to stop them from reaching there goals.

3.are willing to prepare

If you're walking down the right path and you're willing to keep walking, eventually you'll make progress.

Reflection:what Barrack Obama is trying to say with this quote is that if you keep making the right choices and going down the right path you will make good choices and have a happy life but if your choosing the wrong instead on choosing the right you will get yourself into a lot of trouble and somewhere really bad

Throughout life people will make you mad, disrespect you and treat you bad. Let God deal with the things they do, cause hate in your heart will consume you too.

They stay up late studying for a test that they have to ace in order to succeed they study very hard in order to succeed. these people have goals in order to succeed. this kind of people are very important to the world.
